Choosing a course of study  for pupils and students is a delicate and sometimes complex step because it is at this time that their future careers are prepared. However, in Burkina Faso and the sub-region, students struggle to decide or are subject to their parents' choices because they do not always have the right information on the training courses offered by universities and higher education institutions .

On the other hand, schools and higher education institutions are struggling to publicize their training offerings. There is no structure or communication strategy specialized in promoting the different training courses available in the UEMOA zone .

Based on this observation, we created a platform which aimed to inform in real time, and by SMS, new graduates on the availability of information such as the dates of orientations , administrative and educational registrations, scholarship results, as well as the various press releases from departments and UFRs.

The interest and enthusiasm for this first SMS platform, as well as the pressing need for assistance from new high school graduates wishing to enter public universities , prompted us to create in 2018 an internet platform called " https://www.oreilleducampus.org ", which aims to relay information from the various public higher education establishments (directory of training offers, course programs, registrations, competitions, scholarships, press releases, etc.).
